About the Sneakers Color Challenge

The Sneakers category on ColorFlex pulls from the most-talked-about silhouettes of the year — Nike Air Force 1, Jordan 1, Yeezy 350 and 700, New Balance 990 and 2002R, Salomon XT-6, Adidas Samba, Asics Gel-Kayano, and more. Every release ships with a target color in HSB so your guess is judged on the same color space designers actually use. Sneaker colorways are notoriously tricky: 'cream' might be #F4ECDE on one shoe and #EDE0CB on another, and a 'sail' Air Force differs from an 'off-white' Jordan by a few percent of brightness.
