- Share the code with friends (group chat, Discord, in person).
- Everyone joins at /rooms and types the code.
- The host hits Start. Same colors for everyone, in real time.

The interesting moment isn't the right answer — it's the spread. When five friends look at the same lipstick and lock in five different shades, the leaderboard reveal is the punchline. It also separates people who claim to "have a good eye" from people who actually do.
