Color Guessing Game

A color guessing game challenges you to identify and reproduce a color by sight alone. ColorFlex is the most-played color guessing game on the web — free, no download, real products instead of abstract swatches.

The rules in one paragraph

You see a trending product. You pick what you think the dominant color is using a hue/saturation/brightness picker. You get 0–100 points based on how close you were. Five rounds = one game. Beat your friends, beat yesterday's you, beat the world on the leaderboard.

Why this color guessing game is different

Most color guessing games are bare-bones: a swatch, a picker, a number. Fine for a minute. ColorFlex stays interesting because the questions come from culture — Yeezys, Rare Beauty, Drake album art, Mario, Spongebob — so you're testing color memory of things you actually know, not random rectangles.

Free, no download, no signup

Everything works in the browser. No app store, no account, no email. Open /play and start. If you want to play with friends, hit create a room and share the 6-letter code.

For Wordle fans: the daily mode

One puzzle a day, shared with the entire world, with a copy-to-share emoji block at the end. That's the Daily Color Challenge. Free, takes 2 minutes, leaderboard resets at midnight UTC.

Mobile-friendly color game

Works perfectly on iPhone and Android. The picker is tuned for touch — drag two fingers for hue+saturation, slide one for brightness. You can also add ColorFlex to your home screen as a PWA.

FAQ

A color guesser is a game that tests how accurately you can identify and reproduce a color by eye. You see a target color (often inside a real product image), then pick what you think matches using a color picker. Your score is based on how close your pick is to the real value.
